📦 Order Dispatch
We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
🚚 UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may occasionally vary during busy periods.

To be eligible for a return, simply:

- Return the item in its original or reasonable condition
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
